LFO is a great company to work for. I feel appreciated and respected.

I have really enjoyed working at LFO so far and I don’t think that I would change much or anything at all. I love the atmosphere at Wells Road and everyone’s attitude towards work. Generally, things are well planned and there is a good structure in place for further growth of each member and the company. I like the training provided and team building opportunities.

On the whole LFO is a really lovely place to work. The culture is relaxed and friendly and the patients always give good feedback.

The business is run efficiently and generally runs smoothly. Staff know their roles and how to implement them. Things are regularly appraised and altered if needed and this process is ongoing so issues that do arise are tackled in a timely fashion. This means that there are rarely problems that aren’t dealt with quickly.
