Delivery
We work hard to keep our postage and packing costs as low as possible in order that we remain competitive and save you money.
Please allow 10 working days for contact lens delivery. However, these are only estimates and deliveries may arrive earlier or later than this.
Returns
In the unlikely event you don't like or need your order, you can cancel it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please return the goods unused and in a resaleable condition.
We will refund the price and the standard delivery charge you paid as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or of the day you show us you have sent them back, if earlier. You pay the cost of returning them.
When sending your goods back to us we suggest using recorded delivery so that you have proof of postage. We are not responsible for them until they have been delivered to us at our contact address. This address can be found on the contact us page of this website.
This does not apply to items made to your prescription or personalised for you.
