I was most impressed when I came out of the eye examination and the frame specialist had already picked out 5 different frames that he thought would suit me. I didn’t even know they were going to do this and it was so so helpful, being terrible at picking frames myself this saved me a lot of time and I ended up with a pair of glasses and sun glasses that I really like. I was long overdue for an eye test and have never worn glasses before but was lucky to be offered a same day late cancellation. The communication from start to end was excellent as was advice re eye health/wellbeing. My prescriptions are always spot-on, and they helped me find much more comfortable contact lenses than I'd had before. Recently, when the temple tip on my (expensive!)
