Can glasses help reduce digital eyestrain?
Our Anti-Fatigue lenses are specifically designed to help during near-vision tasks like reading, working at a computer or messaging a friend. The Sync III technology incorporates a ‘boost zone’ at the bottom of the lens. This helps relax the eye muscles and reduce the symptoms of digital eyestrain, dry eyes and headaches. We also recommend taking regular breaks from using screens and adjusting the screen brightness to a comfortable level. This ensures that your screens are free from glare/reflections.
