What does a great week feel like at LFO?
A great week at LFO is knowing we have provided excellence to our patients. Whether this be on the phone, email, online or in practice. It's a great feeling to know we have provided excellence through our customer service.
What makes LFO different?
LFO is completely different to any other company I have worked for. It's a family company, which I think makes all the difference. We know so many of our customers well, that when they come in each year for their appointments, they get to see familiar faces. It's great to work for a company who genuinely cares about you. Lynne, Gerard and Kerri are all so supportive and happy to guide us in our own growth and development. We're one big LFO family!
