When did you join LFO?

I joined LFO in June 2007 as an Optical Advisor.

What was your role before LFO?

I had just finished my A-levels and was working part time for Boots Opticians.

What does a great week feel like at LFO?

A great week for me usually involves working with multiple practices and different teams to help expand their knowledge. We train our staff on a huge variety of topics so this could be Frames, Lenses, customer service or some team building activities.

What makes LFO different?

LFO is a family run business, and as an employee I really feel the difference working for an independent business compare to high street stores.  We are an Optometry practice, where we can offer great products, great customer service and brilliant eye care - and its really great to be a part of that.
