When did you join LFO?

What was your role before LFO?

Practice manager at Boots Opticians. I joined LFO as Boots was consistently going though structural changes and I felt very vulnerable in my position. I wanted to be valued and feel safe in role.

What does a great week feel like at LFO?

A great week at LFO looks like to me is, is a time when we have fun, we communicate well and can be proactive in supporting the teams to serve the clients to the best of their ability.
