I joined LFO at the start of August 2024.
What was your role before LFO?
I've been working in optics since 2020, and I am currently in training to become a qualified Dispensing Optician. I joined LFO because I knew that I would be provided the support I needed to progress my career by incredibly knowledgeable colleagues, as well as be able to keep at the cutting edge of new optical technologies and fantastic frame selections.
What does a great week feel like at LFO?
A great week at LFO is always varied, where I get to help our patients pick out interesting, stylish new frames and get to know what's best for each individual. Every day is an opportunity to challenge myself and make sure I'm providing the best care to our patients, and it's always very rewarding to receive positive feedback.
What makes LFO different?
My absolute favourite aspect of the job is meeting and getting to know so many lovely patients, and being able to offer them the support they deserve. Combine that with a team of highly experienced professionals who always prioritise the best care for the patient, and it's a hard place to beat!
