Julie was very thorough with her examination and helpful with explaining the options to us, and Chloe was kind and patient with my very talkative daughter when processing the order for her new lenses, and is even going to look for some alternative frames for her in another store.   I've been purchasing my glasses from Lynne Fernandez, Nailsea, for many years.  Following my recent exam, I realised that I needed new lenses.  The staff went out of their way to provide what I wanted.   Adele was simply brilliant, as always!  She spent a long time researching & trying to find the right lens coverings, as my original ones are no longer available.  She managed to find them, order them, and the way that the finished glasses look to just brilliant!  A shout-out to Beth, too.  She was there when I picked them up, and was her usual professional,  friendly self!  She ensured that the new lenses were just what I needed.  She was there from day 1, when I ordered my original glasses, and, as like Adele, could not have done more to ensure that I bought waht I wanted, with the upmost customer case and attention. Julie always provides a thorough professional eye examination and discusses the results in an easy to understand and friendly way. This time I decided to have new glasses and Chloe gave good advice on choosing the right frame and lenses that were best for me.   I walked in needing my glasses frames loosened because they were causing a painful spot near my ear. I had just come from another eyeglass shop that refused to help since I didn’t buy the frames there, so I was nervous Lynne Fernandes Optometrist would say the same thing. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Toby immediately said he'd take a look. He was incredibly kind and helpful; he explained the mechanics of my glasses, showed me what was causing the discomfort, and fixed them on the spot. He even told me to come back if they still bothered me so he could tweak them again until they felt perfect.

  Just a quick note to say a huge “Thank you”, to both Julie and Adele of Lynne Fernandes (Nailsea) for another great yearly eye examination. As usual, the service from the point of arriving at the store and having a very welcoming greating, through to the actual eye examination, which is carried out very professionally, then finally through to the aftercare before then leaving, was first class. All of the staff deal with you in a very friendly manner, which puts you at ease, and then the examination is carried out in such a way, that you are always kept in the loop of what is happening and the results are explained to you in a manner to make you fully understand what is going on and what it means for you the individual. I would highly recommend this opticians to any one. Thank you again.
