We work hard to keep our postage and packing costs as low as possible in order that we remain competitive and save you money.

Please allow 10 working days for contact lens delivery. However, these are only estimates and deliveries may arrive earlier or later than this.

Returns

We want you to be happy with the spectacles or products that you order from us. If for any reason you are not happy we offer a 100%, no quibble 14 day return guarantee on your order.

In the unlikely event you don’t like or need your order, just return any products in the condition they arrived in, i.e. not scratched or damaged in any way and in the original, unopened packaging.

Please note we refund your money minus any delivery charges paid out by us when originally sending out your goods.

When sending your goods back to us we suggest using recorded delivery so that you have proof of postage. We are not responsible for them until they have been delivered to us at our contact address. This address can be found on the contact us of this website.
